Concept 1- Arms allow for unique footprint and handling changing options for urban or rural driving.
Concept 2- Allows for front arms to tilt in allowing it to link in with other vehicles in a small footprint to create high speed driving into and out of a city, utilizing current HOV lanes.
Concpet 3- Body extend out from original shape to allow for "safer barrier" style safety in higher speed rural areas. Additionally the wider wheelbase when in rural mode allows for safer handling while still allowing a small footprint in the city.
